CREDAI (The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India) is a group of real estate developers in India and was established in 1999. CREDAI, which is the apex body that represents more than ten thousand private real estate developers in India, is spread across 177 cities in the country.
CREDAI is organizing an Indian Property Show on 7th, 8th, and 9th December 2017 at the Dubai World Trade Center in UAE. The sole purpose of the event is to provide the members of the association an opportunity to take advantage of the CREDAI enhanced visibility to market their offerings to international customers. This is the first ever International Property Show & Smart India Realty Summit by CREDAI. There are two events in the expo, CREDAI’S Indian Property Show and Smart India Realty Summit.
Indian Property Show
The Indian Property Show is divided into state and city wise pavilions. The show emphasizes to improve participation from the Tier 3 and 4 cities of the country, looking forward to be the first ever expo to promote all the Indian cities under a single roof. The exciting features of the show include Free Vastu consultations, knowledge transfer seminars, free legal cell, free chartered accountant consultation, and Property Dhamaka. Smart India Realty Summit
This part of the expo offer members a chance to collect foreign direct investments (FDI) and foreign institutional investments (FII) from prospective investors in the United Arab Emirates. The participants of this event can meet with the investors and present the details of their projects for funding.
The city of Dubai is home to more than 2.2 million affluent non-resident Indians, forty percent of which are High networth Individuals (HNIs) who are likely to buy a home in India, as it is a very secure investment opportunity. As CREDAI has built credibility and standing, the members can harness it for the promotion of their various real estate projects in front of the international audience in Dubai. This is the reason why we are taking part in the expo and have set up the Trinity stall numbered K26 at the Indian Property Show.
